Well, by now, I think many of us thought we would be back in gyms - but we're not! So we are updating our Covid Activity page and would love suggestions from our Sixer players. Any great challenges? Any pics or videos to share? Any suggestions for everyone to try? Let us know!!!
We will be adding some Sixer specific workouts, we've streamlined "Zoe's Corner", and we have updated our web links with some excellent Twitter links and included a couple of excellent Basketball Ontario links
We will be trying to update this page now weekly, so that we are at least thinking about basketball!!!
